Additional Registration Details

Each registration includes access to all conference sessions, posters, exhibits, luncheons, receptions, continental breakfasts, refreshment breaks, and electronic access to the conference proceedings. To maintain a cohesive and focused learning environment, moving between conference sessions and training seminars is not permitted. Handicapped Equal Access: In accordance with the ADA, Cambridge Innovation Institute is pleased to arrange special accommodations for attendees with special needs. All requests for assistance must be submitted in writing to CII at least 30 days prior to the start of the meeting.

Substitution/Cancellation Policy

In the event that you need to cancel a registration, you may:

• Transfer your registration to a colleague within your organization
• Transfer your registration to another Cambridge Innovation Institute program
• Request a refund minus a $100 processing fee per conference
• Request a refund minus the cost of ordering the documentation CD.

NOTE:

Cancellations will only be accepted up to two weeks prior to the conference. 
Special discounts do not apply to pre-registered attendees.  Program and speakers are subject to change. Efforts will be made to notify participants in the event of cancellations and/or schedule changes. CII will not be responsible for any costs incurred, including airfare (or penalties) and hotel, as a result of a cancellation, instructor, or date and time change.
